Bob was unable to attend our 50th reunion but I was able to share many of the sights and activities with him afterwards. He wished all health and happiness. Bob had been City Clerk of Highland Park,  leaving in 1969 for other employment.  He ended up in Dallas, Texas, working for Nothern Telecom as a salesman and later in the facilities where he found, negotiated for, planned and executed moves of the company into new facilities.

He was well liked and well known among facility managers throughout the industry. Nine months ago Bob started showing signs of what we now know was ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Due to the late onset of the disease it progressed rapidly and he is gone. He will be missed by all his family and friends who benefited from associating with him. Go in peace, Bob.  I for one will miss talking and laughing with you.
